California Futures Network California Futures Network (CFN) is a statewide coalition of organizations representing urban, environmental, housing, social justice, local and tribal governments, labor, business, and agricultural interests throughout California. CFN was created in 1997 to educate and organize at the state, regional, and local levels to achieve land use policies that are fiscally, socially, and environmentally sound.
CERES: California Environmental Resources Evaluation System   A variety of electronic data describing California's rich and diverse environments. The goal of CERES is to improve environmental analysis and planning by integrating natural and cultural resource information and by making it available.
Land Use Planning Information Network (LUPIN)   CERES and its project LUPIN are programs of the California Resources Agency. The goal of LUPIN is to formulate and implement an information service to support and address land use and planning via the CERES Web.
